Movie - Directed by Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart - Cartoon Saloon , Melusine , Apple - 2020

I worked as a sound designer alongside Piste Rouge’s sound design team, with Sebastien Marquilly leading the great work we achieved on this gem of a film. What a wonderful project it was.

Song of the sea

Feature Film, directed by Tomm Moore, produced by Cartoon Saloon - Superprod - Melusine - Norlum - The Big Farm, 2014.

I had the immense pleasure to craft the sound design on Song of the sea, a beautiful movie which came out at the end of 2014, and made a run at the 2015 Oscars in the Animated Feature Film section.

The production flew me to Ireland to meet the team and record sounds around the country, thus making sure fona and flora would be aptly represented through the sound design. You can read a bit more about that here.

Few months later in the studio my colleague Alexandre Jaclain and I had a great time building the sonic picture of the movie together, along with foley artist Julien Billeau.

Scavengers Reign

Wonderful sci-fi show with a good heart.

From gorgeous sceneries to interesting creatures, designing sounds for this show was a treat.

I got to work on this thanks to my friend Axel Steichen who wore gloriously the hat of Lead Sound Designer.

Karambolage

After decades of enjoying Karambolage as a viewer, I’ve joined the show as a recurrent sound designer. Thanks to my colleague Alexandre Jaclain for introducing me to the team. Bis bald !

Chien et Chat

I was part of the sound design team, helping with some of the meatier action sequences and cartoony animals bits. Thanks to Badje Studios and Mandarin Productions for having me on. And thanks to Lead Sound Designer Alexandre Hernandez for welcoming me warmly.

Wakfu Season 4

I worked on Wakfu Season 4 with Ankama and their Lead sound designer “Pitch”, crafting a punchy contemporary anime sound canvas while staying true to the previous seasons. It was both challenging and very fun. I honed a lot of my anime-action-sounddesign-skillz on it.

EDF Olympics

Sound design for a short commercial that aired a lot during the Paris Olympics 2024. It was fun to sound design this famed Vasque Olympique and then walk past it in Paris.

Endless Legend 2

Wonderful game by Amplitude.

I had the pleasure to compliment Arnaud Roy’s gorgeous music with my sound design on the numerous game cinematics, as well as the trailer which you can watch here.

Just Dance 2025

A nice ad by Les Monstres for Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2025 on Switch.

I did a lot of fun shiny swooshy sugary sounds (obviously they’re mixed pretty low, as this is an ad for a music game, with… well, music).

La Bible

Yes, The Bible. That big phat book. Thanks to Logarythm Studio and Sixtine Production for bringing me onboard this absolutely massive endeavour, alongside wonderful director John Freeman.

I did sound effects for both the Old and New Testament. Not every books, but still ! All in all, this project lasted two years.

I haven’t been brought up in any kind or religion, so this was very new territory. I learnt a lot and if you’re so enclined, throw an ear towards this project. Make sure you select the FRENCH version, for it is the one I worked on.

My buddy from Studio Badje got me to work on this ad.

Very fancy and classy ad by famous Guy Ritchie with famous Rami Malek and famous Catherine Deneuve.

Sound design by notfamous me. It was fun to design ambience soundscapes from time traveling postcards taken in my city.

This show was a fantastic opportunity to go out and record cars full of character and get the mics stained with gasoline, then cut it all back at home in this cartoony madness !

Pat the Dog

104x7 - Superprod - Directed by Daniel Klein - 2020

7’ shows are always a nice multi episode challenge, for everyone involved. This means you get to iterate on both regular and punctual elements for a hundred episodes ! By the end, I knew every nooks and crannies quite well indeed. I worked alongside Studio Zynco for this one.

Sonic Boom

Animation TV Show, 104*13, directed by Natalys Raut Sieuzac, produced by Oudio Animation, 2015-2017

With two seasons under my belt, that's a lot of the blue hedgehog ! This led to a very close relationship with the team, and as someone who grew up playing 16bit games, working on a historic gaming franchise was a blast. I worked on it in conjunction with Studio Zynco and AudiartSound.

Le Convoi

I worked as a SFX Recording Assistant to Vincent Montrobert to record Onboards for fast and less fast cars, as well as Assistant Sound Editor on some sequences of the movie.

This was back in 2015 and a very nice experience.

I did record many more Cars Wot Goes Fast along the years as it turns out I do enjoy that.

Ghost Force

I did the sound design for the larger part of the season 1 of the new Zagtoon superhero series “Ghostforce”, working with Zynco Studio. 52x11’ 2021

Ocubo

I work on a regular basis with the portuguese company Ocubo, which specializes in fantastic huge video mapping public events. I take care of all sound sfx design while my composer friend Sylvain Moreau takes care of the music. Most often that not we have to produce precise surround mix for up to 8 speakers, serving sound to large public spaces, which proves to be an exciting challenge every time.

Calimero

Animation TV Show, 104*13, directed by William Renaud, produced by Gaumont animation, 2015.

Working with several sound designers altogether, we knitted a very precise sonic palette and did quite a bit of recording to find small gears, lovely tiny old timey mechanisms and such, resulting in a delicate final product.

I worked with AudiartSound on this one.

The Little Prince

Animation TV Show, 78*26', Directed by Pierre-Alain Chartier, Produced by Method Animation, , 2011-2015.

Spanning over three seasons and 4 years, the large amount of different worlds and atmospheres on display in The Little Prince had us all dig deep to be up to the sound design challenge !

Incantations

Documentary, directed by Oswald da Cruz, produced by Daniel Martin and Urubu, 2015.

My first foray into documentary, I did the sound design and mix for this one. Working with the on set volcano sound recordings was a blast (...), and so was the whole experience.

Lanfeust

26*26', Directed by Antoine Charreyron, Produced by Gaumont Animations, 2013.

Intense and action packed with relentless camera movements, a delight to work on as a sound designer, allowing me to bring out the sonic muscles without concession.
